Shipping

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavor to have it posted out within 2-5 days. Should you need your order more urgently, please email us at alice@alice-shields.co.uk and we’ll do our best it have it sent out sooner.

All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail First Class Standard delivery at £3.50. If you would prefer an alternative, quicker or tracked service, please let us know and we will alter your delivery options (please not that more expensive delivery options must be paid for by the customer).

Postage

All EU deliveries can take up to 10 days to arrive.

All International deliveries can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Availability

As we make and decorate all of our ranges in small batches, we cannot always guarantee stock availability. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you immediately and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. If you would prefer an exchange or refund we will of course provide this option to you.

Breakages

All items are thoroughly (bubble) wrapped up for safety. In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us immediately either via email alice@alice-shields.co.uk or telephone. We may ask for photographic evidence as well. Keep your order with its original packaging when returning to us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Whilst we hope you are happy with your order, we understand that sometimes this isn’t always going to be the case. Should you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us at alice@alice-shields.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Returned delivery must be made within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. We regret that we cannot pay for the postage on returned items. Nor do we cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged during return to us. We have the right to refuse a refund should the item return to us faulty or damaged without prior knowledge of this or photographic proof.

Alice Shields owns all copyright and property rights in and relating to the website unless otherwise agreed or specified.
